The apartment consists of a Hallway, Bathroom, Kitchen, Lounge and Bedroom. Outside is a secluded, wind sheltered and sun blessed private courtyard with a specially constructed decking area that allows uninterrupted views of St. Michaels Mount. Due to the narrow cottage entrances and steps down into the property, it is not suitable for wheel chair users.

Parking is available for one car on a first come first serve basis, spaces are shared between all flats and become available regularly, please note you are not guaranteed a space, but they open up regularly. Paid car parks are available across the road.
